Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is widely used across the company. It facilitates our agile ways of working in a very easy way and at the same time it also elevated our innovative thinking and approaches to the next level. Collaborating on one single platform also helped us move into a more efficient way of working.

I actually did not implement Miro, that’s done by our IT department.
Easy to use even if you do it for the first time. It can be integrated in your daily operations.
Not only due to the pandemic but also the way our department is setup we were forced to collaborate virtually and Miro has helped a lot in making this a success. It is easy to access and provides everyone with the same level of transparency and oversight that is needed to move the project in the right and meaningful direction.

Miro is much more intuitive and not as complex at all as Jira. It provides the key basic functionalities. Everything is captured on one board if needed and therefore users don’t have to navigate through various screens to get to the right one. You can also work simultaneously at the same time.
Working in a heavy agile environment with a completely new style of ways of working we utilized Miro as a vehicle to further drive and strengthen it. We used Miro specifically for setting up a new system environment where we had to identify processes as well as user requirements. The workflow capabilities helped a lot there.
