Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, it is only being used by IT. We use it for documenting processes, data structures, and infrastructure as well as planning projects.
  • Documenting processes.
  • Easily rearranging information.
  • Sharing/collaboration.
  • Ability to hide a board until you are ready to publish.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Provided 100% more clarity to processes.
Go through the walkthroughs and play around with all of the different templates provided. Try different styles before getting too far into a particular project and see what works best.
We have not used any integrations yet.
With remote work being primary now it has helped us collaborate together again.

It works really well for diagraming how systems interact and how integrations are built between different systems. Also, the swimlanes are a really helpful visual for showing the process slow between different departments.
