Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Creative ideation, brainstorming. It's great for letting many people gather around the same info, like a digital whiteboard. We've found that the openness of the tool is great in allowing people to set up their workflows in different ways. It also helps to see what other departments are thinking about.
  • Brainstorming new ideas.
  • Organizing lots of info into buckets.
  • Keeping track of tasks and progress.
  • Integration with other tools such as Jira.
  • Improves collaboration by allowing people to read each-other's work.
  • Facilitates design.
  • It's hard to track completion of tasks without Jira dashboard integration.
I love the multiuser aspect of it and seeing several people edit the same info is kind of magical.
I am not sure what this question is about. Currently we're using Miro as a separate tool.
This is one of the biggest benefits. Having a tool where people can see other people's work makes it feel like we're in the office together. In some instances, I think this might be even better since you can only have so many people around a whiteboard but with Miro, you are not limited.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

I was not part of the team that evaluated options so I can't properly answer this question.
For the initial stages of creating new products, it's great to gather references and create new ideas. Moving around the board is very easy and I specifically like being able to draw directly on the board.
