Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Creative ideation, brainstorming. It's great for letting many people gather around the same info, like a digital whiteboard. We've found that the openness of the tool is great in allowing people to set up their workflows in different ways. It also helps to see what other departments are thinking about.

- Organizing lots of info into buckets.
- Keeping track of tasks and progress.
- Integration with other tools such as Jira.
- Improves collaboration by allowing people to read each-other's work.
- Facilitates design.
- It's hard to track completion of tasks without Jira dashboard integration.
This is one of the biggest benefits. Having a tool where people can see other people's work makes it feel like we're in the office together. In some instances, I think this might be even better since you can only have so many people around a whiteboard but with Miro, you are not limited.
