Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a product used throughout the company. What makes it extremely useful is to be able to visualise and write stuff down in real-time during virtual meetings (during normal times one would just use a standard whiteboard or flipchart in a meeting). It's also great on the interactive side, as everyone can participate and contribute at any point.
  • Virtual whiteboard for online meeting.
  • Giving the possibility to all users to express their opinion in written form in real time.
  • As it is in written form rather than just spoken, it is very useful to go back to it after the meeting to understand more thoroughly what has been discussed.
  • Being able to give permission to some but not all participants to move objects.
  • More colours for sticky notes (useful for bigger meetings where everyone has their own colour).
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better and more clear workshops.
  • Greater participation in online presentations.
It is easy to figure out how to use it the first time. It has very intuitive settings and tutorials that help to onboard when setting up a brand new Miro board for the first time. Also, it is great that it is possible to integrate it directly into Microsoft Teams.
There are a lot of tutorials when setting up a Miro whiteboard for the first time. Also, almost everything is marked clearly what it is when using the product directly. And then there are always more detailed explanations and new insights on their website if you do get stuck along the way.
It makes it all easier and clearer when remote working. Things can get lost when only spoken about, and unless someone is writing everything down, it will be hard to remember everything. With a Miro board, it is all in writing, also for later use, and makes it easier if you want multiple people to contribute together (without having lots of people talking over each other).

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is an absolutely great tool for virtual meetings, be it a workshop, or a presentation that you want to make more interactive. There are always some issues when there are lots of people who have not used the program before. So if you are in a bigger group, it is best to make sure to give a quick walkthrough, otherwise, it can get messy quite quickly.
