Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro a lot as a tool during Discovery or Brainstorm sessions. It's so easy to collaborate and pick up where you left off in a previous session. We even use it as a replacement for presenting tools just because the whole thought process is then being bundled together with the presentation. Miro solves the challenge of being creative but storing the insights in one place at the same time.
  • Collaborating.
  • Being creative.
  • Performance (load).
  • Access / SSO.
  • Zooming.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Better bundling of imagery and ideas.
It can be a bit tricky to onboard new people with different organisations.
Miro is easy to use, also for people not in tech.
Miro got a huge boost when Corona hit. We needed to find a solution for collaboration and we never looked back.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is easier to use as the others are more UX Design related.
Miro is the right tool if you're looking for a tool where you can brainstorm with multiple people (both on-site and remotely) in a creative way. Miro is less suited if you're looking for a tool that gives you design capabilities at the same time as brainstorm capabilities (like Figma).
