Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a wonderful board for both facilitating regular SCRUM ceremonies and large quarterly planning sessions in our department. Remote working removed a lot of crucial interactions between people and Miro helps to bridge that gap by offering quite "touchable" experiences.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Number of features.
  • Speed.

Cons

  • Miro sometimes feels like graphic design software but its keyboard shortcuts work way differently than those.
  • I'd rather like it if the scroll on mouse was zooming in and out instead of scrolling.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Faster creative meetings.
Miro is easy to jump into so the implementation is rather straightforward.
Out-of-the-box product with self-explanatory features.
Miro is our main tool for facilitating group meetings, organizing notes, and outlining processes.

It's a great tool for planning and creative thinking processes, but I wouldn't use it as a Kanban board or anything similar.
