Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro all across the organization, it helps us assess complex problems and challenges from a collaborative point of view. We can connect people from all across the globe and work on the same document in an extremely easy way. We address all kinds of problems, like workshops with clients or even organizing internal projects. Using it as a repository of information and a place to see progress and dependencies.

It has been very positive, enabling us to connect with teams that are home working with teams in-site, working on mixed workshops, which mix remote and on-site workers.

Miro enables easier collaboration and more friendly usability for first-time users. Besides having the same features as MURAL has.
It is well suited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an extremely easy way, easy navigation and the use of its features enable everyone the possibility to use it no matter how confident they are using any kind of software. On the other hand when exporting images and when login in we have encountered some improvement areas, such as quality of export, other tools have. Much higher quality exports and login can be sometimes confusing.
