Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration tool, mostly in IT for whiteboarding, designing workflows process mapping. During the course of remote working, the need for a virtual whiteboard increased dramatically. Miro fills that niche. as we have been using it, the use cases have spread into the architectural design (in place of Visio) as well as process redesign.

It was seamless as an early pilot user.
As a SaaS app, the main integration was single sign-on & which appeared to go smoothly.
Miro improved the quality & speed of a number of initiatives and whiteboarding sessions.

Process mapping - the ability to move sticky notes around on the fly in a virtual meeting - saved our teams a great deal of time. The alternative situation was 1 person mapping it & sending around files to have people adjust, comment & remap Massive infrastructure project - Ideas and thoughts are scattered & just "popping up" as people think of them. Using Miro, we could place them in the proper buckets, move them around as needed, add new ones, remove completed items, yet track them.
