Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro to better understand the vast world of our marketing initiatives. Sometimes it can be hard to wrap your head around all the different emails or landing pages. This platform and its visual nature allow us to have a better view and make adjustments to better serve our customers.
  • Incredibly user-friendly.
  • So much better than creating a pdf.
  • Helps you create visual maps.
  • The zoom in and out feature can be finicky.
  • Some of the advanced features are hard to understand.
  • Better organization options.
  • Allowed for better teamwork.
  • Improved understanding of complex scenarios.
  • Create visual road maps.
The implementation was not something I was a part of directly but experienced second hand.
Getting access and starting to view boards was easy.
