Overall Satisfaction with Miro

During the past few years, I have needed to reorganize my unit, which requires extensive planning. In a project management class I was taking, the instructors recommended Miro and I was hooked. I used it to mind-map the reorg and make notes with colleagues. I often refer back to the file as a reminder of what we discussed and the creative formatting makes it interesting to view and keeps people engaged. I'm currently using it to map possible position increases in anticipation of program growth. The variety of tools available means endless creative possibilities for planning, organizing, and implementing large and small projects. It's a powerful tool that's fun to use.
  • Flexibility in combining tools including mind mapping, notes, links, documents, photos, etc.
  • Expansion as the project grows.
  • It's a visual file folder.
  • I can't think of any.
  • I love the tool.
  • Maybe templates?
  • + = Transparency
  • + = inclusion for all learning styles
I was not involved.
Colleagues have taken to it quickly and easily.
Everyone had access, real-time collaboration, various tools people could use to explain their perspectives, etc.
