Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is great for collaborative ideas and file sharing. My team uses it to create flow charts and diagrams for our projects and I have used it previously to share images and files in a very visual way. Miro's tools are powerful and the program interfaces well with other software. Currently, my team is just using Miro, but I will recommend increased implementation of the platform to others. Miro helps with time management and employee fatigue with its straightforward platform.
  • Meshes well with other programs.
  • Easy to use.
  • Very visual.
  • Simple and Elegant.
  • Integration with more services is always welcome.
  • The interconnectedness between Android, Windows, and Mac OS will enhance file support and sharing capability.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Strengthened time management skills.
I would like to see a better 'presentation' feature, much like Prezi which allows for the examination of different scales of the project while simultaneously allowing for a more interactive experience. Like any business decision, Miro should be trialed by the company to ensure the proper standards are met and exceeded.
Integrates well with most programs and is a very enjoyable platform to use, much more than one could say of MS Excel. Simple but elegant graphics and visuals that Miro produces can assist with drawing attention to the product or service being offered. Miro works well with my team and goal.
Greater improved productivity and file-sharing capacity. Miro allows a greater amount of editing and creative implementation of graphics than most programs. The features are powerful yet intuitive, and the servers allow for a decent amount of people to edit a single board. No restrictions are put on members' location or time zone.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Jamboard is useful for its interoperability between Google products but lacks the overall 'birds eye' view that Miro offers while Lucidchart is clunky and lacks the intuitive design programmed into Miro.
Miro is great to showcase visual products and projects. In addition, the tools allow for greater ease of use than Lucid, Jamboard, Google Docs, etc. However, in going for a great all-around program, Miro may need to be improved upon in more specialized areas like greater integration and acceptance of file types and data. Also, Miro is lacking in presentation abilities, unlike Prezi.
