Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Although not a requirement, we do use Miro across our organization, both internally and with our external clients. Externally I've used Miro to show our client a current state model and future state, of course with feature details. Internally I'm using Miro with our ID&E Council planning as a retrospective tool, which we will interactively update during our planning session.

  • Fairly easy to use
  • Love the interaction and collaboration that Miro promotes.
  • Quicker visualization of business needs and gaps in where we want to go.
Although I'm not involved in the integration aspect, I really appreciate that Miro is accessed by single sign-on (SSO) in our organization. That definitely makes the integration and ease of use seamless.
I've not used the whiteboard, but since we're remote, I love the collaboration and ease of use for our organization. Definitely makes collaborating on projects much easier.

Yes

I believe Miro is great as a planning tool, and also to promote collaboration. Not sure how much I would use it during a project for regular stand-ups or ceremonies other than planning. Miro is also great in a remote environment.
