Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is currently being used by various teams within JLL. This is a very large company; so we are not all connected. My team is assigned to a specific client and we manage their business intelligence, data modeling, and predictive analytics. Miro fills several gaps for our team- we use it to run our meetings, sprint planning, data mapping and architecture, wireframing visualizations before we put them in tableau, hosting workshops, etc. Now that we have adopted Miro I don't feel the need to drag everyone into multiple applications we run everything we can out of this app.
  • Product Development
  • Workshopping, Interaction, Team Meetings, Facilitating topics for discussion
  • Data architecture
  • Process Mapping
  • Roadmaps
  • More connections to Jira such as roadmaps.
  • Reduced time and complexity in product and feature development[.]
  • Created a way for us to facilitate workshops and get feedback from stakeholders[.]
  • Reduced time spent wireframing [visualizations] in Tableau[.]
  • Reduced time spent create documentation in [Visio] and ppt[.]
We didn't have any type of onboarding. I had used Miro at a previous company and had to purchase and onboard everyone myself.
Miro and the Miroverse provide lots of templates and exercises to help someone facilitate and implement. The tool is intuitive to users so it's really just about opening their minds to understand what they can do with Miro.
This has greatly improved our ability to collaborate. We are all remote and in 7 time zones.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is harder to use when everyone is in the office; I listed several examples of why it's appropriate in the previous question. However, when you're all in the same room it's hard to keep everyone on the board.
