I bet we could have just done this survey in Miro :)
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is currently being used by various teams within JLL. This is a very large company; so we are not all connected. My team is assigned to a specific client and we manage their business intelligence, data modeling, and predictive analytics. Miro fills several gaps for our team- we use it to run our meetings, sprint planning, data mapping and architecture, wireframing visualizations before we put them in tableau, hosting workshops, etc. Now that we have adopted Miro I don't feel the need to drag everyone into multiple applications we run everything we can out of this app.
Pros
- Product Development
- Workshopping, Interaction, Team Meetings, Facilitating topics for discussion
- Data architecture
- Process Mapping
- Roadmaps
Cons
- More connections to Jira such as roadmaps.
- Reduced time and complexity in product and feature development[.]
- Created a way for us to facilitate workshops and get feedback from stakeholders[.]
- Reduced time spent wireframing [visualizations] in Tableau[.]
- Reduced time spent create documentation in [Visio] and ppt[.]
This has greatly improved our ability to collaborate. We are all remote and in 7 time zones.
