Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to work collaboratively within our organization across remote working teams to visualize a number of things. It is used by many but not all departments. Uses include amongst other things: process mapping for review and improvement, idea mapping and exploration, and coordinating work activities such as project and programme overview.

I was not directly involved in the implementation of Miro however it has been integrated with single sign-on and is therefore available as another software product within our suite of corporate products. It seems easy enough to use and intuitive we didn't focus on user education but rather on user uptake.
Not completely sure about this as I have not performed any integration myself however as mentioned before we access it via a single sign-on which is great. I have seen that it is possible to bring in content from a wide variety of 3rd party sources so it seems rich in this regard.
It has been a great improvement in collaboration capabilities for various projects.

As described in the previous section there are many scenarios in which Miro excels as long as the primary purpose is to visualize content or matters and even better if it is to work collaboratively. It is not a substitute for a word processing document but a visual alternative format.
