Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In our team, Miro is used as a whiteboard to facilitate discussions on identified friction in our roles and team members would then be able to throw out ideas/suggestions onto the board. The issues generally center around process improvements.

  • Enables teams to work on the same document simultaneously.
  • Helps to facilitate discussions.
  • N/A at this point. Still learning the functions of Miro as a user.
Did not use Miro for projects specifically but it was helpful in consolidating ideas provided by team members during discussions and it helps that the board is still available afterward so that we can always refer back to it.

Can't really compare to Smartsheet as I see them as two different products but compared to Lucidchart, I feel that Miro isn't as easy to use especially when creating process flows.
Miro is really helpful when trying to facilitate brainstorming sessions however our team doesn't use it for other areas of work such as ice breakers as it feels a little too restrictive.
