Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used to collaborating with my team for Product work. We use this often to gather feedback and work sessions with our clients. Miro helps us come together as a team to both understand the customers' needs as well as in our development efforts. It is great that Miro has so many different tools within the software which helps us have multiple ways to dissect info and work together as a team.
  • Allows multiple users to interact on one board.
  • Gives the ability to draw all people to your location.
  • Allows many different tools to work as a team.
  • Sometimes it is a challenge to find what I'm looking for on the board.
  • Having the ability to bring multiple users on helps tremendously to develop new products.
  • I don't use it when there are only a couple of us working on an item.
  • It makes it easy to gather large amount of data quickly during a working session.
There really is not a lot to implement. It is pretty easy to use and there are videos that help you get started which show many of the great features available through Miro.
Not much to integration at all. Quick and seamless to get started.
It made it easy, especially as many are working from home. It actually makes it better than actually being in a conference room because normal in the office only 1 person is at the board at a time. This gives the ability for our entire team to be at the whiteboard posting ideas all at the same time. It actually allows us to do more in a shorter period of time.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is great to use for customer working sessions. We can get all customers to join the link to our board and provide info on how to use it and then each user is able to go in and write out info or move things around on the board. It works well for multiple users. I would say it is less appropriate when there are only 1 or 2 people on the board.
