Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used extensively by our Product and Design team members for planning, research, analysis, and UX purposes. On certain projects, it is also used to conduct scrum ceremonies such as retros.
  • Organize information
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Visualize data
  • Performance
  • Security and permissions
  • No hard numbers, but it has become our primary method for collaborative planning.
Miro has been invaluable in the covid era.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

FigJam is a newcomer to this space and as such lacks some of the more advanced features you find in Miro, but I can see it growing to eventually replace Miro on the Design team at least because it is rolled up in our main design software > less task switching.
Miro is great as a digital whiteboarding tool. However, large-scale visual representations of complex information can become incomprehensible very quickly.
