Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across the org. Primarily two use cases 1. Drawing architecture diagrams, flowcharts, process maps, etc. 2. For collaboration during meetings and also being used as an alternative to PowerPoint for presentations. It was also used by a vendor to do a nice project kick-off meeting and spurred more usage.
  • Visualizations
  • Collaboration
  • Graphics
  • It is quite slow.
  • When multiple users are using same board there is lag.
  • Some functionality such as select is not intuitive.
  • No specific metric impact I know of right now.
No, I wasn't involved in this aspect.
Have not experienced this aspect.
For some use cases, it has been able to create more collaboration. But more can be done, right now it is basically being used as a fancy charting tool for the most part.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Would you buy Miro again?

Miro is much better and has a unique collaboration element to it[.]
For joint working sessions, brainstorming, and diagramming Miro is great. Being able to see what others are doing, movement of pointers, etc is a great help. It is not very good when used as an alternative for PowerPoint or word documents, it tends to get slow, creates confusion, and seems like a force fit.
