Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I first used Miro for a project organized by a partnership between my university and several branches of the French administration. As we mainly worked from remote, we mainly used Miro as a board to advance on our project, keep track of the evolution, show the whole roadmap to the client. Thanks to its tools we also learned new processes and concepts which turned out to be very useful for the success of our project.
Pros
- Intuitive and nice design.
- Display roadmaps and processes.
- Organization and easy reorganization of items.
Cons
- Hard to select a single element.
- Color palette relatively limited.
- Limited number of models and boards.
- Reduce information imbalances.
- Allowed asynchrony comments.
- Guided the client through our work.
As already said, Miro proved to be the perfect tool to keep up with the rest of the team while working remotely.
