Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used on a department basis in our company, as both an individual whiteboard space, and a collaborative project space. Other departments may use Miro, but it's not a designated program that must be used companywide. Miro allows us to create visuals to processes that will shape the future of our company. We are able to whiteboard ideas and see if they will logically work, or if there are breaks in the system. Miro allows different types of workers to express how they understand concepts through a visual means that can communicate what they might not otherwise be able to describe. Miro allows many people to visually understand complex problems and flows.
  • Flowcharts. Creating a process for human call scripts or what route to take based on the situation.
  • Brainstorming boards. You are able to throw a lot of ideas onto the board, then easily organize to make a cohesive flow.
  • Collaborate on boards. Everyone can work on the same board at the same time, and you are visually able to watch changes happen.
  • I have not run into any major problems, as I have with other programs. It is a robust, ahead of the curve system. It does exactly what I need it to do in an intuitive way.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Helped us identify problems/potential problems early in projects.
I was not in charge of implementing Miro, but when I requested a flowchart program Miro was introduced to me. It was very easy to pick up and use.
It served its purpose. There was no real 'integration', more of a helpful product that aided in day-to-day work but if it broke, would not be the end of the world. It's used on an 'as-needed basis.
We are able to continue working, even when people are traveling or out of the office. It has made inner-office collaboration easy as well.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I'm not sure of the name, but I used a very tech-low product from Microsoft that was cumbersome. It served a purpose, but was very clunky if I wanted to export, share, etc.
Well suited: - Process mapping - Systems implementation - Brand organization Less appropriate: - I wouldn't write a full essay with it. I would map out the essay I want to write! - Project organization. There are better programs for this. Visually Miro can help you see what you need to map and do, but I wouldn't rely on it for organizing the steps past the mapping phase.
