I do not have any real insight regarding the implementation but it was painless for me to use and log in. The product just seems to work out of the box so that is a positive for any tool. There is not much else I can say so I won't carry on.

Ease of Integration

I cannot really comment on integration but overall have not found anything that does not work. It is a really easy-to-use tool and has absolutely been fast to take up and easy to use for everything. The term integration means nothing to me because the product just works.

Collaboration

We have teams globally working on, reviewing, editing, and making changes to large documents. In the past, documents were created on other platforms, shared on tools and then people make changes, screen share, etc and this is so must cleaner and sleeker. This is amazing and will find additional ways to access this tool within teams.

Likelihood to Recommend

Miro is great for small groups and large groups to share, edit and document flows. The teams must be well put together and understand the work they intend to achieve from the product. It would be great to have a way to make changes and have others approve the changes with ease so all changes are not seen unless the changes are approved.
