Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Many teams across our different orgs use it. Our team uses it specifically for diagraming, whiteboarding, and collaborating. There aren't many good whiteboarding solutions out there. Miro is good for that.
  • Whiteboarding
  • Diagramming can be improved. I don't think it's possible to group and ungroup objects on the canvas.
  • Improved productivity and collaboration.
The user interface is really simple and easy to use.

It has augmented our collaboration process. There is very little lag and the drawing tools work well.

Miro's whiteboarding tool is the best we've used so far. For diagramming, I had slightly better experience with Lucidchart and Drawio
We use it as a virtual whiteboard and for diagramming. I'm not enough of a power user to say where it is less appropriate.
