Miro has provided the capability for workshopping and whiteboarding that has solved the problem of collaboration without being in the room physically.

Good impact, easier to collaborate remotely, and present ideas in a sticky note and organized format using the frames and boards.

The ability to quickly whiteboard and present ideas are better in a collaborative environment, with not many competitors on the radar.
Good for - Whiteboarding - Collaboration - Brainstorming - High level notes.
Bad for - Large groups - Detailed presentations.
