Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro supplies me with built-in templates to get work done. I use Miro for product roadmaps, product teardowns, growth marketing strategies, storyboard design, and just being randomly creative.
  • Remove all barriers to working creatively, efficiently, and effectively.
  • It’s digital. I don’t have to digitize post-its or whiteboard scribbles after the fact.
  • Great customer service whenever we need.
  • Interface could be more simple.
  • Speed improvement on large boards.
  • Better integration with design tools.
  • Productivity improvement.
  • Better collaboration with non designers.
  • Higher engagement.
It can be tricky when you work for a company with high-security standards and levels.
We've had some problems integrating it with Sketch.
People engage more in virtual meetings where Miro is being used. Our projects are more organized and available to all relevant people with just a few clicks.

Miro stability and customer service are the greatest differential in my opinion. You can really rely on their tool to work as expected and when it doesn't their team is quick to assist you.
With a bit more structure and facilitation, Miro can be the perfect foundation for analysis, co-creation, and co-design: teams can jointly model processes to then be reviewed and critiqued, can model user experiences and map gains and pains, sentiment, or supporting systems against these to understand or design a system, complete a business model or value proposition canvas.
