Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great solution to have a "virtual" whiteboard. Due to Covid, we had to manage many interactive and creative tasks remotely. Miro does assist us to have the "whiteboards", "meta-Boards" and Flip charts now digitalized.

  • Safe number of iterations
  • No need to make extra meeting minutes - it's all on the board.
If you use "analog" moderation and presentation techniques, you can easily adopt them on Miro.
The board is self-explaining and easy for users to start working with. After the first orientation, you find interaction, postings, and ideas - the process starts quickly. There is no strong threshold in implementing Miro in processes and cooperation.
The efficiency gain is significant. Miro does support the preparation, the meeting (call), and the follow-up. In the past, you made large ppt decks - discussed, wrote your understanding, presented again, etc. Now you have more people on the Miro board same time - point what they see/think...and correct clarify interactive as it was in the meeting room at the flipchart.

Miro is best suited for virtual teams and calls that require interactive and creative cooperation. - e.g. Develop strategies - Build a business Model Moderator can do the prework and share it with the team members to prepare. Put templates and guidance there. Motivate people by placing some nice and funny bits - life is too hard to be too serious!
