Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to participate in various workshops related to our processes or products. I also create Miro boards for my team to use in order to have online sessions related to team engagement goals etc. So I have experience as a user and as a facilitator. Using it to participate in workshops helps us have easily accessible information while creating team goals and working with their engagement helps to enable the employees to communicate the situation they are experiencing.
- Miro has lot's of tools that help facilitate sessions, like the timers.
- Easy and intuitive to use: at the very least people can just add sticky notes and comments.
- Various templates with in depth explanations how and when it's best to use them.
- Navigating the board can be awkward since it's now really standard with scrolling the board with right-click etc.
- very easy to delete or move something by accident
- The pop-up tutorials can be annoying would feel better to be able to open the knowledge base by me when activating an item and having questions
- Increased engagement
- Improved online facilitation and workshops
- easy to access visual documentation
It helps collaborate online since we are working internationally, it helps give everyone responsibility with participating if the facilitator is good.
