Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to analyze images and captions from research interviews. We also use Miro to organize themes from coding qualitative interviews.

Pros

  • Allows us to visualize research data
  • Make connections between themes/images/quotes

Cons

  • More sticky note colors would be helpful
  • Sometimes navigating around the board can be clunky
  • Made data analysis and organization easier and less time consuming
It is easy to share the work on Miro with the team. I do wonder, though, if this could be improved through Miro being integrated into other applications such as PowerPoint or Canva.
It has allowed us to collaborate virtually in a way not otherwise possible. We were able to do a similar process that we do together in person with Post-it notes and paper virtually.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is much more versatile than Jamboard and offers way more features and opportunities for collaboration. There is honestly no comparison.
Very suitable to organizing and analyzing data--could also be helpful in team brainstorms or community conversations to record key ideas and insights
