Overall Satisfaction with Miro
At Cisco, I used Miro to keep track of any User Interface and User Experience errors. The different templates in Miro made it easier to document these issues. Furthermore, the warp tool allowed me to make a table of contents on the Miro board I made, which made it easier for stakeholders to move around the board.

Absolutely. During my summer internship, I could see the work my teammates had already worked on before my start date. This helped me get on track during my internship as I was in a different location than the rest of my teammates.
As a university student, Miro has been helpful during one of my online classes. One of my professors is currently not in the state due to pandemic flight restrictions. Miro is her way of getting the class of sharing our ideas, discussion, and learn the class material in one place while she is not in the same time zone as the rest of us.

I think all of these features have their pros and cons. I think Figma is great for prototyping, which Miro cannot do. Miro is good for showcasing research and ideation phases of the design process or for more product management purposes. Google Drive is more for academic work or more writing-intensive projects.
