Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Ever since the pandemic hit and teams were remote, our creative teams started using miro to lead all design review processes with leadership on zoom. This has been a game-changer experience as the entire creative review process has been seamless even when we are all remote. The best feature of miro is its real-time interactive platform, organization of files/design, annotations, powerful search mechanism for project management, and now we are using it for both pre-season and template work as well. Highly recommend it to companies that are trying to improvise their creative pipeline. Miro is a powerful tool and very intuitive to use for all kinds of teams and individuals.
  • real time updates, annotations
  • powerful search criteria for project management
  • organization of files/design via features like frames
  • it takes a long time to load the design files. need that to be faster
  • negative: high $ impact for giving editing rights to all teams
  • negative: very slow to load....
  • lots of positives: reduces # of meeting hrs, great creative project management tool
it was hard to train people to understand where files are kept , which design files are latest
it worked great with other project management tools like Airtable to keep our project organized
all our in-person meetings for design reviews are changed to remote model because of miro! It's an amazing tool for any pre-season design template work as well as an in-season creative process.

if companies are looking to save time on physical meetings and optimize wfh situation, miro is a great place to start with managing things remotely. it has also helped in maintaining a one-stop shop destination for keeping design templates organized.
