Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Product development life cycle: concept generation to marketing ideas.

Pros

  • Collaboration between remote teams.
  • Documenting task flow.
  • Documenting idea boards.

Cons

  • Inputting images/websites from the web.
  • Location/ID of comments.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Faster internal team responses and feedback.
  • Keeps tertiary managers informed of progress with snapshot of progress.
The learning curve is very fast and intuitive. Most users were willing to try and learn it very quickly.
Sometimes the university teams are confused with what boards belong where.
It has radically changed how easy and accessible team progress and ideas are to all aspects of the team.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I think Mural is more difficult to use and has a steeper learning curve.
Definitely great for early concept exploration use with remote teams or large teams. Fast learning curves. Not as appropriate for perfectly aligning or formatting boards for presentation.
