Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We have been using miro for the whiteboard collaboration tool. I am working as an admin for this tool, so I see how other teams also like this and want to use this for standup, retrospective, or kanban planning. It has a nice UI and good integration with Jira etc.

  • Teams whiteboard integration.
  • Cheap licensing.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better interaction.
  • Easy to use.
It is fine just for features around plugins. More editing around Jira issues. Integration with Slack and Jira.
We have been using Jira-Miro integration. It caused Jira nodes to crash since it is continuously making API calls to Jira.
To train new associates, to bring out new features and explain the same to leaders, brainstorming session.

For explaining concepts, designing plans, standups, retrospective, virtual meetings.
