Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Design documents, technical architecture, process flow
  • Arrows are the best--specifically how they can move as shapes are moved
  • Scalability, zoom in, and zoom out options are great
  • Commenting on the design
  • Export the diagram into formats such as PDF or integration with Google Docs
  • Changing the color of the background (white specifically)
  • Integration with Slides
  • It helped make collaboration easier and landing on a decision faster
The tool is vey easy to use; some additional export features (slide integration) and a white background can help a lot
It's not easy to integrate it with tools such as Google Slides

  • Flexibility against modification
  • Arrows
  • Visually more appealing
  • Zoom in/out
  • Modifying the diagram, adding shapes is easy and great (adding/removing arrows)
  • Sharing and commenting is great
  • Using the diagrams in Slides (Google Docs) sometimes results in poor quality images as there is not an integration and export option
  • Defining folder structure and hierarchy is not straightforward
