Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro extensively in our workplace for both internal and customer-facing activities. Some of the ways we use Miro to help with business problems include: User workshops / virtual whiteboard User mapping to understand the different users that consume a service we're interested in Retrospectives to understand what went well and what didn't go so well Icebreaker activities to help make people more comfortable online

Not being able to travel has been limiting for us as a team however Miro has helped us bridge this gap by being able to run an online whiteboard session with our customers. I like that with Miro I can create templates that I can easily re-use depending on the customer ask/engagement.

Teams are way too immature still in what it provides vs Miro.
Perfect for anyone that is running customer workshops and is looking to save their work (templates) for future engagements
