Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a permanent, virtual whiteboard to collaborate now that our entire company is remote. It sits alongside Google docs, Meet, and Slack as one of our most used tools. In a company our size it becomes very important to be able to share access easily and to have productive meetings with large numbers of attendees, and Miro solves both for us.
- Whiteboarding
- Design
- Ease of navigation
- Switching between tools when drawing
- User onboarding with default permissions
- Zoom controls are unintuitive
- Improved engagement in meetings
- Easier time finding and sharing insights after the meeting was over
- High success rate for adoption versus other tools
Positively. We can work synchronously during a meeting and then refer back to our output asynchronously and invite colleagues to join us at any time.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
I believe Miro is uglier but easier to navigate around. If you compare it to design tools you are missing the point. For quick collaboration that you can refer to later, it's the best.
