Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro when we need a collaborative space with more functionality than Jamboard. It can be accessed remotely which is great because we're all WFH now. The boards are pretty intuitive to use once they are set up, although the setting up itself is sometimes a bit tough. I tend to use it with our senior leadership team on brainstorming exercises.
  • Everyone can contribute equally.
  • Visually it looks good.
  • Intuitive to use once the board is set up.
  • It's not easy to start using straight away.
  • It allows us to do more than you can with just a Google Doc. It's a tool though - it makes life a bit easier but it's not impacting our top line.
I wasn't involved with this.
I don't know what Miro integrates with. AFAIK we don't have it integrated with anything.
It has had a positive impact as we are now 100% remote as a company. In a way, it's better than office whiteboards as the boards don't get erased for the next discussion.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro works well with people who are visually motivated and engaged. It doesn't work well with engineers or people who get upset with organized chaos.
