Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is all started when my manager asked me to create a mind map to see the product timeline with respect to various challenges that we encounter all these 10 years since the launching of this product. Then dive deep into the tool to create Product classification before and after the acquisition of an organization. It helped us to understand the product classification and How the journey all along a decade, How is going to add value to the process to strengthen our position in the competitive market. The tool is user-friendly and easy to use without special training or coaching. The colorful templates bring us good collaboration and understanding the problem is much earlier than a handwritten board or any other tool. So, I started mapping my resource competency to understand the current position in order to increase the competency. Thanks, Miro for helping me out with 100s of standard templates to choose from on my own. Communicated to my IT licensing team to add MIRO tool as part of organization default tool. I bet this will bring a whole lot of digital ways and means to solve problems especially when we all work in a remote.
- 100s of predefined template are easy to pick
- Tool is user friendly. No special training needed to use
- Colourfull visuals making the team engaged during the presentation
- Less time consuming to work and create flows
- Sharing with a team is bringing more collaboration
- All in one page, though the presentation mode brings a structure
- Simple tool, doesn't require much of your computer space
- When we use application, there is some lag which need correction
- Tool bars can be made better. May be ribbon sort of thing
- Setting up the frame need standard template for corporate use.
- based on my previous work, I would say it saves ~1 hour per problem and more than 200 hours per year
- Dont have specific number on productivity. But, it brings a lot
- The cost of this tool is nothing when compared to the problems that we solve with help of this tool. I may take a little more time to bring the numbers
I did not use whiteboards in online teams meeting.
