Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In order to implement new ideas, applications, and services for our internal stakeholders (business and customer service departments) we have to develop ideas from a high-level vision to very concrete features and solutions. Since many people around the globe are involved and working parallelly on those topics remotely, we needed a platform to share our ideas, comments, proposals, and solution options. Furthermore, in the time of the Corona that everyone was working remotely, Miro was a big help for us to share our working platforms with other team members. With Miro, its features, and especially pre-defined templates, it is quite simple to walk through brainstorming sessions, gathering comments/feedback of others at the same time and in real-time. In the end, we were able to present alternative designs and eventually refine different solutions. As an example, the voting functionality is a great feature we have used for our ratings. All in all a great package for software development with remotely working teams.
- Modelling views
- Templates
- Voting functions
- Due to limited license management, we were not able to expand our team ad hoc without pre-planning with line management.
- Sometimes the general Miro handling needs more practice to get used to.
- For beginners with different backgrounds like people who are not used to the IT tools, e.g. business marketing and sales a bit difficult to get in.
- Improved productivity
- Improved efficiency
- Improved collaboration
