Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for everything: User story planning (i.e. task breakdown). One-to-One meetings. Workshops (ideation and/or analysis) Documentation Sometimes we use it for retrospectives.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Features like following a specific user
  • Having templates for board ideas

Cons

  • Nothing in mind
  • Very clear (and quick) planning sessions
  • Engagement and collaboration
I think it's very good and covers nice use cases.
I haven't tried to integrate Miro with any tool before.
It's highly efficient and engaging, especially that most of my colleagues are working remotely; Can't imagine planning sessions without it.

I used Microsoft Teams Whiteboard few times before. It's simple, but has way less features compared to Miro.
Miro is very good and useful to engaging team members and for analysis/brainstorming
