Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a podcast producer so I make narrative podcasts from start to finish. My colleagues and I use Miro to plan the story outlines for our shows and create calendars. The product helps us do this collaboratively within teams and with outside clients.

Ease of Integration

It's kind of complicated to figure out how to share Miro with a team that is made of both company members and outside clients.

Collaboration

We use Miro in meetings with new clients (with folks based all around the world). It helps visually keep track of ideas, progress, and story planning. Without Miro, we'd probably resort to storing this kind of info in a google doc which would be MUCH less organized and functional. Not to mention, uglier.

Miro is great for collaborative planning and organization. It can help a team wrap their heads around a project. I find it best to use at the beginning of a project.
