Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our phase planning sessions to map out the plan and schedule for a full project phase.
  • Visual Mapping of Items & Dependencies
  • Ability to assign person and other information to items
  • The arrows get messy easily
  • Grabbing multiple items is different than in other software - normally you would need to grab all of an item in a box to select it but in Miro, when you draw a box if any of an item is in that box, it is selected.
  • Better communication in project planning
It has helped.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

They're all different. I think the key thing with Miro is the sticky notes & boxes that are assignable and the ability to connect them to other items.
We really only use it for planning sessions and it seems to work pretty well for that. I could see it being useful for a non-technical brainstorm session or task tracking as well.
