Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Using Miro to organize ideas and product management with multiple people. Problems we are using this product to solve include customer analysis, swot development, etc. we like to use sticky notes to collaborate on our ideas, and then we can move them around. The templates are helpful as well.

I have no key insights
We have not used Miro as an integrated software. I was unaware that this integrated with other things and I’m not sure I have time to figure out how that works.
Giving everyone a voice and it can be anonymous is nice and refreshing.

Miro is much better and has more features and templates. It’s a little more user friendly as well
Well suited when working with multiple people or having a lot of running ideas and it’s confusing. It’s helpful to organize everything on a simple board. Less helpful would be when I’m making a list of processes and I could easily use a word document or excel spreadsheet.
