Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for most of our creative work which requires team and cross-team collaboration: brainstoming sessions kick-off sessions for new projects retrospective meetings product refinement sessions It helps us come up with good teams to move our product forward and at the same time allows us to create a shared understanding of a new problem.
  • Easy to work together on a problem
  • Good collaborative features
  • Lots of useful templates
  • Better overview of whole workspace
  • More drawing features
  • Improved productivity for creative work
  • Better ideas to incorporate into product
The implementation in our work environment was quite easy to accomplish and works naturally. People share links and post them to the appropriate channels (e.g. Slack). However, there could be somewhat closer and more intuitive integration with some 3rd party products (e.g. Google tool suite or Microsoft Office).
The integration is generally quite painless and easy. However, it still feels like Miro is more like a stand-alone software and could be better integrated with other software being used in our company. This would allow for even easier switching between different software when working on a specific problem.
Collaboration with Miro is greatly enhanced for us when working in an environment primarily dominated by remote work. It's one of the easiest tools which brings everyone together and shares ideas. When working in the office it can be useful as well but then we also use traditional whiteboards to share ideas and work together.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's best suited for scenarios where a lot of creative ideas need to be shared or where a common understanding among the group working together is needed. It allows to easily share ideas and often creates better bonding between participants. It's less well suited for doing non-creative, organizational work or creating fancy presentations.
