Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My line of work involves understanding many complex concepts about the human brain. I use Miro to create detailed and colorful mindmaps that help me connect difficult terms and concepts with each other and thus understand new knowledge in record time compared to before. I've also used Miro for the creation of UML diagrams thanks to its useful templates.
  • Customization of design elements
  • Variety of templates to use as basis for project.
  • Great ease of use and short learning curve
  • I would like to be able to have more boards on a free account
  • More focus on individual use instead of Group work. I mostly use Miro for myself.
  • Sometimes the application crashes
  • Succesfully completed 4 graduate-level courses while using Miro extensively.
  • Have collaborated with more than 3 teams throughout 2021 for projects on Miro and in 2/3 cases we won the competition.
  • Use it at least 5 times per week for individual learning and has made my learning experience more enjoyable.
I don't believe this question is clear. I suggest re-iterating it.
I haven't used it a lot with other applications so far. All I can comment on is that during group tasks, everything worked seamlessly with barely any lag even when multiple people were using the board.
It has enabled us to collaborate more effectively as it is easier to describe complex concepts with Miro as well as organize projects and use templates for specific tasks.

I've already recommended Miro on multiple occasions. Initially, it was recommended to me by other individuals to do group work activities and it worked really well. I enjoyed the mindmap template and I use it every day for personal use e.g. personal improvement and tracking challenges, as well as in work for understanding and conceptualizing problems.
