Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for scoping our research projects and collaborating on product development requirements. Our team is located in many different locations and time zones, so it is important for us to have a tool to capture processes from initial brainstorms through to mapping out timelines and roadmaps.
  • Collaboration
  • Work across multiple teams
  • Catering for different types of projects
  • Can be a steep learning curve for teams used to tools like Excel
  • On large boards it is easy to 'lose your place'
  • Improved efficiencies by making it easier for remote teams to collaborate outside of email and spreadsheets
N/A - was not involved in the initial implementation.
N/A - it is not currently integrated with other tools
Miro has had a positive impact on our collaboration, particularly when we have users in different locations. It helps recreate the "all in a meeting room working together" feel and encourages idea-sharing.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is very well suited for projects where team members are in different locations or need to work across different timezones, as it allows for real-time and "offline" collaboration. Miro is particularly useful for capturing initial ideas for a project and then refining them through collaborative discussions, voting, and editing.
