Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro as an alternative to the in-person workshops we used to have with clients. The tool lets the teams collaborate without needing a moderator or someone in charge of writing all the ideas. I have received great feedback from my clients regarding the great organization of the workshop and how they all felt listened to as opposed to in regular meetings where only leaders get to share their ideas.
  • Ease of use
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Minimal preparation required
  • Objects move around when someone clicks on them
  • arrows appear from sticky notes involuntarily
  • zoom differences in users gets them confused
  • crowdsource idea gathering
  • quick setup times mean less preparation work to be done
My clients love using Miro, they have all wondered how they didn't know of it before and would like to use it more often with their own teams as well
I haven't done any integration but I assume it must be good
This has greatly impacted my projects. Everyone can share their ideas and they all feel listened to

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued)
Miro is well suited especially when we do workshops with our clients, they are all able to participate and share their ideas. It probably also works very well in planning sessions with my team, but I have never used this function. Miro is probably not well suited for presentations where we have to do all the talking and don't require much input from counterparts
