Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for collaborative User Experience exercises and for internal planning activities.

Pros

  • Robust suite of plugins
  • Nice UI
  • Diagramming features

Cons

  • We use Figma, and the diagramming components could be more useful compared to FigJam
  • I'm not high enough in the org to speak to hard numbers
  • We're still assessing Miro as we've only been using it together for about 6 months
Haven't noticed any issues yet
We use Miro as a standalone product right now; we haven't really dipped our toe into cross-product integration. It does well for us on our team! Your form is asking for a longer response, but this is all the info I have on this matter.

We use Miro for our monthly retail UX roundup, for planning exercises, feature brainstorms—you name it. It's a great knowledge repository and the ability to asynchronously collaborate and comment is super useful for us as we also work with other teams within our organization and vendors outside of it.
