Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it as a board to collaborate with colleges and to make appealing and visual maps and presentations
  • How boards can be edited and presented
  • useful apps and templates
  • zooming and visuals
  • all in one platform like tool
  • easy to use toolbars
  • overall intuitive design settings
  • calendar integration (outlook or google, etc)
  • faster and easier performance for presentation design
  • better integration to MS Teams
  • Work organization by collaboration has started to improve
  • It has the potential to be the one tool for collaboration and presentation, different from PP
  • integration with other apps has made it easier to collaborate with colleges from other areas
the implementation should be more comprehensive, from managers to their reports, so that it is uniform and everyone uses it
Although its integration is great, it still has to improve the time it takes to open in some platforms like MS Teams. Signing in every time is inconvenient.
Many projects that include young people are moving along great with Miro. In my country, older people tend to be a little elusive to the use of this kind of platform yet and that complicates its integration to some processes. As a collaboration tool, boards like Trello help a lot to organize meetings, topics, objectives, and ideas. Its visuals provide a "gaming" style that is great to see when working, it's nice, easy, and joyful.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I haven't used any other product like this
When mapping stakeholders around my country, I used Miro Board to set up a map and designed different boxes where stakeholders were included in cards. Those cards also contained deeper information of that stakeholder when zoomed at. This was a great experience. I had a bad time integrating this and other boards to MS teams as it takes a lot of time to load every time I need to sign in.
