Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Keeping track of current projects and daily activities. Clear graphical display of what there is to do for specific parties and/or departments. Good also for brainstorming and gathering feedback even though being anonymous is challenging on Miro boards (viewing who is editing a post-it or anything else for that matter cannot be hidden to the best of my knowledge).
Pros
- many options to customize a board
- fairly easy interface
- good accessibility
- Jira integration
Cons
- no option to hide the editing person's identity (real time)
- too easy to drag and drop something by accident (already corrected, but still happens to users)
- quicker project completion
- improved productivity
This has already been good on various platforms. This one being new has gathered some attention, has let us work together in an organized way, so seems positive.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
They actually work together for us. Miro lets the users more freely express themselves in a graphical way. This is something a bit different, so does not exclude any other software, which is also great.
