Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have been using Miro for the last 6 months in our ART level Problem-Solving Workshop, Team Building Exercises, and retrospective or during brainstorming sessions. I along with many other Scrum Masters and RTEs are using it at the Team level and ART Level for different kind of discussion as it is a very useful tool for the team when everyone work remotely.
  • Easy to Brainstorm with team and map the ideas
  • Useful in Problem Solving workshop where people are working remotely and you can use it for Fishbone analysis
  • Very Useful in Team building exercises in the organization
  • It's difficult to sign in every time when you want to share something at the team level and good to use with the single sign-on
  • While selecting and deselecting to covert the cursor many times it doesn't work very conveniently
  • While selecting some objects or moving them an arrow is automatically created which is a hustle for the beginners. I don't like it at all.
  • Positive is it helps the team to give their views when there is a brainstorming session which helps a lot.
  • Everyone can access Miro board easily and collaborate if they have registered
  • It is easy to create template and save it for future use.
I have no idea about the implementation of Miro. Being a scrum master I use it in the browser and share the link with the team during any event or session.
I haven't integrated it yet but have heard you can integrate it with different tools.
Miro's online whiteboard is quite efficient and has lots of options for Team building exercises, Problem-solving workshops, retrospectives, etc. It has lots of options than other tools I have used for the same purpose so, I will recommend Miro for all this usage. It can be used in several other ways, I still need to explore.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I have used Microsoft Whiteboard which is not available in the above list. Miro is quite a better tool to collaborate and visualize ideas. It has lots of options.
Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Visual Team Workspace - Whiteboard for Confluence
For Team level discussion, Problem Solving workshop at an ART level, any brainstorming in the Team to find out a solution Miro is very handy and useful. But for retrospectives, it could be useful but I prefer Azure DevOps over Miro when it comes to retrospective as it is easy to go back to the previous Azure board and look into the feedback and solution.
