Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro for Reviews and Retrospectives for our Agile teams.
  • Easy for new users
  • Sharing board with more users
  • Timers to let people know how long they can edit (put ideas on the board, etc.)
  • Voting for multiple ideas/notes
  • Synchronization both ways with DevOps. (it's only one way now)
  • More edit options for Free users. Example: Basic permissions for notes.
  • More group manageability through SCIM (Use AD/AAD groups and connect them with a team without the need of the same name)
  • Addressing things that needs to be improved in our processes
  • Getting new ideas
  • Make notes visible in online meetings
I am the person that is implementing the application. The Agile coach is helping for setting up the teams and boards so the Product Owners and Scrum Masters can use it in their teams.
There is great documentation on how to implement it. It integrated simple with our Azure environment and already has a basic synchronization with DevOps. There is already great user provisioning via Azure, but I would like to have more options for groups.
We started using Miro when we already worked online. It really helps to have a board to visualize what people are talking about. When something is important to the majority (or all) of the team it's easy to highlight it and zoom in.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It works great for our Agile Reviews and Retrospectives. Placing notes for what happened and what needs to be improved. It's not a place to keep track of our daily work. So if there is something to improve we need to make tickets in another system (DevOps, TOPdesk). I think it can also work well as a mindmap.
